• Instant Contact Details from Emails: Open any email within Microsoft Outlook, click on the Contacts Pro menu and click on a function to view detailed information stored within your site about the current sender of that email.  
• Import and Export Contacts: From the main toolbar of Outlook Contacts Pro, you can import and export contacts between any Microsoft Exchange folder or your personal folder and DotNetNuke.

• Register New Users: From any email you can register the current sender of the email on your DotNetNuke web site.
• View User Profile: From any email, quickly view the user profile of the current sender of the email displayed.
• Import Registered Users: You can import users registered on your DotNetNuke web site to any Contacts folder.  This includes personal folders and Microsoft Exchange folders.
• Import Registered Users within Specific Roles: During an import, you can specify a specific role to import users from.
• Export Contacts as New Registered Users on DotNetNuke:  You can export all contacts from any Contacts folder (personal or Exchange folders) to your DotNetNuke web site as new registered users.
• Add/View Notes: From any email, quickly view a complete list of all notes posted about the current sender of the email displayed.  Future versions of SigmaPro, My Contacts and other OnyakTech products will also allow you to view and post notes about registered users.
