Ahh... there's the problem... I had it set to just display the form. That solves that. Once I can get it to display the form to the public I'm all set. Thanks!

I hid the related option as you suggested.  That will work for now.  Log term it would be better to limit the choices to tickets the user has access to.  Or perhaps only Team members (support personel) can access this function.

Thanks for your quick response. That's a good hint that I'll remember.I rebuilt the table (I'm using Enterprise Architect) and it works now.  There may have been a text field in there. Thanks,  Max

Hello Chris,It was my mistake. I have all the installation files on a shared drive. For some strange reason the unzip takes place a lot slower compared to a local dirve. When I placed the installation file in a temp folder on my local drive, it was installed in a minute. Thanks for your support anyway. Regards,Paco Ortiz

I'm planning on setting up a full-blown e-commerce portal intranet site with Catalook and Onyaktech over the next week. I'm glad you two are on the same page now. It will make things much easier. Cheers!

Interesting... in the file listing it displays (I suppose) the date the Q3 Library was first uploaded, but on the description it shows the last date it was modified. I'm used to looking at the date column in the listing as reference. Sorry for the trouble.

Okay, that didn't work, but it got me thinking... and it turns out that there is a conflict with Snapsis PageBlaster. I had to exclude that type of file from being handled by PageBlaster and that seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks for your help.

Hi Chris, Thanks for your reply. I have used the automatic installer from my ISP for installing DNN. I have manually checked the settings in both the connectionstrings and there actually is a difference between them. In the second connection string there were 2 equal signs between and removing one of them was the solution for this issue. Problem solved!!! Thank you very much, Marc Huijbregts

Found a solution: Installation puts a N/A in the "Completed eMail" field... replacing this with a valid eMail and it works. I did this before on my "Helpdesk Team" Module... but i have a second module for my Customers, after this... My customer like the default user interface now. Now i have to make a little Product Registration Form and Table with H2O... exactly i start with H2O. Emmo
